Bulgarian language is a part of Indo-European language group. It’s official in the Republic of Bulgaria and it’s spoken by the Bulgarian societies all over the world. It is written in Cyrillic and only in particular cases, road signs or street names, for example, Latin characters are adopted.

BULGARIAN FOR FOREIGNERS (A1 – C2)
WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

If you ask yourself these or other questions of the type How to…?, this course is exactly for you. Bulgarian language course is designed for foreigners who live, work or travel in Bulgaria. By it, the students receive basic knowledge of Bulgarian which could apply at various situations of everyday life. They will learn how to introduce themselves, how to rent a car, how to buy a ticket, make an order in a restaurant, etc.
During the educational process, we are developing together with our students their ability to read, write, listen and speak in Bulgarian. Each level introduces a basic vocabulary of 2000 – 2500 words and stresses on their capacity for expression.

We offer you courses, individual classes and corporative education of Bulgarian through the following languages:

EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM
The lessons are based on the educational system Zdraveite! (Hello! in English, Здравейте! in Bulgarian), approved by the Ministry of Education.

The levels are based on the European Language Framework, as follows:

Each level consists of 50 classes.
You can determine the intensity of the classes on your own.The duration of the classes can be 60 or 80 minutes.
INTENSITY, SCHEDULE, PRICES AND PLACE
- The courses in general have a schedule: two or three times during the week or once on Saturday or Sunday. To start a course, minimum four people are needed.
- When the students take individual classes or corporative education, they could determine the intensity of the classes on their own. The lessons, per minimum 2 at a visit, are held at time convenient for the student and the teacher, as well.
- The lessons could be held online or take place in the office of Orbis language school.
- If you like, we could prepare you for The Standard Test of Bulgarian as a Foreign Language (STBFL)
FOREIGN LANGUAGE FOR FOREIGNERS
You live and work in Bulgaria, but you don’t need to learn Bulgarian. What you need is to learn other language different from your maternal language because you have a very good work offer in other company in Bulgaria or abroad, you’re going to marry a man/women with different nationality from your own and you want to make him/her happy or you are just so keen on studying languages that they have become your passion. We can help you!
- We offer individual education based on two different foreign languages that don’t include Bulgarian: Spanish – Portuguese, Italian – Portuguese, English – Portuguese, French – Portuguese, English – Spanish, English – Finish, English – Hungarian, etc.
- The individual classes could be held online or take place in the office of Orbis language school. The students could determine the intensity of the classes on their own. The lessons, per minimum 2 at a visit, are held at time convenient for the student and the teacher, as well.
- The levels are based on the European Language Framework.
- The lessons are based on different educational system according to the language you want to learn.
- The price of the classes is 50 BGN per person per 60 min.
